Welcome to my ePortfolio! I am a second-year Doctor of Occupational Therapy student at Methodist University. Occupational therapy helps individuals improve their quality of life and overcome challenges. The goal of occupational therapy is to assist clients in achieving their maximum level of independence. After graduation in 2024, I hope to work with clients who have kidney disease. First-hand experience of  the lack of occupational therapy services and opportunities for improvement for patients on dialysis motivates me to fill that gap.
